1. Sleeve Length
Place the measuring tape at the center of your neck on the back side. Move the tape down your shoulder and arm to your wrist. The total measurement is your sleeve length.
2. Bust
Place the tape measure under your arm and measure around your bust at the widest point.
3. Waist
Wrap the measuring tape around your waist — making sure it lies flat but not too tight.
4. Hips
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips — making sure it lies flat but not too tight.
