Please note that our factory and atelier will be closed from December 19 to January 5, 2026. Repairs will be suspended during this period. Thank you for your understanding.

Your jacket needs to be repaired? Please fill out the form below to submit a request. Our customer service team will get back to you with a reparation number in the next 3 to 5 days. 

Once you have received your reparation number, you can either: 

• Ship your item to our Montreal repair facility (shipping fees at your cost), with reparation number clearly indicated.
• Drop your item at our Mile End store (exclusively), in Montreal. If you choose this option, our store advisor will need your reparation number to proceed.
