Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and may take up to 4 business days before shipping.

Holiday Exchanges - Extended Exchange Period

In addition to our standard 14 day returns policy, we offer an extended holiday season exchange policy to make gift purchasing even easier. Orders for full priced items placed from Monday, 15 November, 2021 can be exchanged until Sunday, 9 January, 2022.

This means that any full price order placed between 15 November, 2021 - 25 December, 2021 can be exchanged until Sunday, 9 January, 2022. Any orders placed beyond this will fall into the normal returns window. This extended exchange window does not apply to final sale items.

Holiday Shipping Windows

To ensure you receive your order in time for the Holidays, we recommend you place your order 10 am EST on December 21st to receive your order by December 24th.

All orders received between December 23rd and 27th will begin shipping out as of the 28th of December.

Canadian Shipping Policy 

We offer free shipping and free returns on orders over CA$100 across Canada. A CA$15 shipping fee will be included on orders under CA$100 and are subject to a CA$15 return fee.*   

We offer in-store pick up. This alternative is only available at the Quartz Co. store located at 5445 De Gaspé, Montreal, QC. It may take up to 4 days to process your order, you will be notified when your order is ready for pick up. Select "Pick up in store" as your delivery method when you are at the checkout. 

*Please note, final sale items cannot be returned.  

 

US & International Shipping Policy 

For orders shipping to the US, we offer free shipping on all orders over USD$100, a USD$15 shipping fee will be included on orders under USD$100. 

For International orders, we offer free shipping on all orders over USD$100, a USD$20 shipping fee will be included on orders under USD$100.  

Prices displayed for the following countries include duties and taxes.

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number.
You can track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email or by checking the tracking number on the respective carrier website.

For International Orders you may

We offer in-store pick up. This option is only available at the Quartz Co. store located at 5445De Gaspé, Montreal, QC. If you wish to ship your order to one of our pop up stores, please enter the store address as the ship to address or contact our customer care team here.

We accept payment from Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Interac. You can also shop now and pay in 4 installments with Sezzle.

For international orders, your payment will be processed via our 3rd party provider Global-E. A variety of local payment options are offered via their portal.

You can track your order by accessing your account page. You will also be sent an email as the status changes.

If you need to modify or cancel your order after submitting it, send an email to info@quartz-co.com. Depending on the status of your order, we will do our best to help you with your request.

Our return policy only applies to purchases made through www.quartz-co.com. For any purchase made at one of our retailers, please refer to their return policy.  

Refund Policy: We will refund all items purchased at full price within 14 days of the date of invoice, if they are unused and returned in their original packaging (with labels still attached). No refunds will be accepted for FINAL SALE items. 

In-Store Returns: We accept returns at our Montreal and Toronto stores. The same policies above apply. 

Online Return Fees:  

All online returns are subject to a return fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund on the initial mode of payment.   

Canadian clients will be charged CAD$15 for a return on all orders under CAD$100, free returns apply to orders over CAD$100 

US clients will be charged USD$15 for a return on all orders under USD$100, free returns apply to orders over USD$100 

Clients shipping outside of the US and Canada will be charged USD$20 for a return on all orders under USD$100, free returns apply to orders over USD$20 

You can initiate a return via our return portal here. Return requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date to be accepted. 

We will then provide you with a return authorization number and a pre-paid return label. Upon receiving your return, it will be inspected to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging. We will then issue a full refund and send you a confirmation by email. Should there be any issues with the returned item, we will contact you. *Not applicable on final sale items.

How to Return:

Click HERE to start your return.This will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be written clearly on the outside of your return package.

Print and affix the DHL pre-paid return label that was emailed to you to the outside of the package.

*Please note that all returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that have been returned without a valid RMA number.

Please note, duties and taxes are non-refundable. A CA$25 fee applies for International and US returns.

We offer a price adjustment on items that have gone on sale within 7 days of the original purchase date. The request must be placed within 10 days of the purchase date. Please be aware that the exact style and size must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the price can be approved.

All approved price changes will refunded on your original payment method.
