We carefully consider every aspect of our product design, manufacturing process, logistics, retail practices, corporate culture, and partnerships to ensure we work in the most circular way possible.
We design products that last. Our garments are made by experienced artisans, from Canada and other countries, who take the quality of their work to heart. Each garment is carefully and individually inspected to meet our standards of excellence, ensuring that our products will stand the test of time. Designing for longevity reduces the amount of clothing waste that ends up in landfills. By designing timeless, high-quality garments, we aim to encourage a more conscious approach to consumption and a more responsible lifestyle, overall.
We’re always refining our production processes to ensure that we leave the smallest environmental footprint possible. We consistently optimize our resource efficiency, minimize our use of virgin resources, and reduce our need for non-renewable energy.
We believe that recycled textiles are the future of sustainable garment manufacturing. In our sourcing and production, we prioritize using recycled textiles, keeping our use of virgin materials to a minimum. These recycled materials are made from recuperated waste materials such as post-consumer plastic bottles and pre-consumer nylon waste. The production of these materials not only reduces global plastic pollution through upcycling, but uses less petroleum, energy, and water than that of virgin textiles. In our efforts to minimize our environmental footprint, we’re also committee to using fabrics that have been certified by organizations like bluesign® and OEKO-TEX® to be made without the use of damaging and harmful chemicals.
