QUARTZ CO. X DANS LA RUE

Starting this fall, Quartz Co. is proud to partner once again with the non-profit organization Dans la rue to launch an initiative aimed at reducing waste while protecting the most vulnerable members of the Montreal community and its surroundings.

Dans la rue is dedicated to helping homeless and at-risk youth by addressing their immediate needs, including emergency shelter, food, clothing, and healthcare. The organization also supports them in gaining the skills and resources needed to lead more independent and fulfilling lives, including access to employment programs, legal information, and education.

This year, Quartz Co. is deepening its partnership with Dans la rue. Alongside our continued donation of past collection models, we are inviting the public to join this solidarity effort. 

As of September 23rd 2024, you can drop off your old winter coat* at one of Quartz Co.'s Montreal stores. In return, you'll receive a 15% discount on the purchase of a new Quartz Co. winter jacket. This initiative encourages Quebecers to recycle while showing appreciation for their participation in this act of solidarity. 

The donated outerwear will be given to Dans la rue and distributed to homeless or at-risk youth. By participating, you'll not only give your coat a second life, but also provide essential protection against the harsh Canadian winter to someone in need.

We hope that this initiative is the first in a series of collaborations with organizations that share a similar mission. We plan to continue these efforts in the cities where Quartz Co. will open stores in the future.

Royalmount: 5401 Royalmount Av., H4P 1G9 (Opening in October 2024)

*Coats should be clean, in good condition, and of good quality.
