Terrific parka, terrific customer service!

I bought my first Quartz parka in 2020, and my second Quartz parka in 2025. They are terrific coats - warm, stylish, comfortable - with an eye to the environment so they can be washed in one's home washer/dryer (no dry cleaning required). In addition, they're designed and manufactured in Canada.

The Quartz customer service re: both parkas was outstanding. Quartz has a loyal customer in me!

Item never delivered

The coat has been stuck at customs for 2 weeks because no one ever bothered to send the sanitization certificate that I asked through customer support more than 10 days ago

Bien mais pas le meilleur!

Je pense que c'est un bon manteau de qualité et bien conçu. Pour ma parts, je trouve qu’on ne peut pas mettre n’importe quel chandail sous le manteau car il devient serré. Et je trouve que le coupe-vent n’est pas le meilleur. Disons que Kanuk qui m’a coûte 50% moins cher était beaucoup plus chaud et meilleur coupe-vent. Il faut essayer plusieurs manteaux avant de trouver le bon car ils sont fait petit. Je voulais vraiment un Quartz, mais je retournerai avec Kanuk , s’il y a prochaine fois.
