1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use www.quartz-co.com (the "Site") and when you buy from us online. The Site is operated by Quartz Nature Inc., doing business as Quartz Co. ("Quartz Co.", "we"), 101 rue Maguire, Montréal (Québec) H2T 0A8, Canada. By using the Site or placing an order, you accept these terms. Our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy are part of these terms.

2. Products and prices

• We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
• Products are offered while quantities last.
• Prices are shown in the currency of your country. For orders shipped within Canada, prices are in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes are added at checkout.
• We may change our prices at any time. A price change does not affect an order we have already confirmed.

3. Orders and payment

• Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email.
• Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card number.
• We may cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund the full amount you paid.
• To modify or cancel an order, email info@quartz-co.com as soon as possible. Depending on the status of your order, we will do our best to help.

4. Orders shipped outside Canada

Orders shipped outside Canada, including to the United States, are processed by our partner Global-e, which acts as the merchant of record. Global-e handles payment in your local currency, duties and taxes, customs clearance, delivery and returns, and its terms of sale also apply to these orders. For many countries, prices include duties and taxes; see our Shipping policy for the list.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping fees, processing times and delivery options are described in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates. Once your order ships, we send you a tracking number.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, final sale items and return fees are described in our Refund policy and on our Shipping & Returns page. Customers in the European Union can also exercise their 14-day right of withdrawal with the form on our Shipping & Returns page.

7. Warranty and repairs

Our products are covered by the warranties provided by law, including the Québec Consumer Protection Act. Our warranty and repair services are described on our Warranty & Care and Repair pages.

8. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login information confidential. Let us know right away at info@quartz-co.com if you think someone has used it without your permission.

9. Reviews and content you share

When you post a review, photo or comment, you confirm that it is yours and that it is honest. You allow Quartz Co. to display it on the Site and in our product listings on other platforms, such as Google Shopping. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or unrelated to our products.

10. Intellectual property

The content of the Site, including text, photos, videos, logos and designs, belongs to Quartz Co. or to its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Use of the Site

Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes, try to interfere with how it works, or collect its content by automated means without our permission.

12. Your rights as a consumer

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you, including the Québec Consumer Protection Act.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live outside Québec, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the place where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
