Refund policy

Our return policy only applies to purchases made through www.quartz-co.com. For any purchase made at one of our retailers, please refer to their return policy.  

Online Refund Policy: We will refund all items purchased at full price, or at less than 30% off, within 14 days of the date of invoice, if they are unused and returned in their original packaging (with labels still attached). No refunds will be accepted for FINAL SALE items (all products discounted at 30% or more are FINAL SALE, even if not explicitly indicated as such). 

In-Store Returns: We accept returns at our Montreal stores. Returns and exchanges are accepted for all items purchased at full price within 7 days of the date of invoice. No refunds will be accepted for FINAL SALE items (all products sold at a discount from full price are FINAL SALE, even if they are not explicitly marked as such).

Online Return Fees:  

All online returns are subject to a return fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund on the initial mode of payment.   

• Canadian clients will be charged CAD$15 for a return on all orders under CAD$100, free returns apply to orders over CAD$100 
• US clients will be charged USD$15 for a return on all orders
• Clients shipping outside of the US and Canada will be charged CA$25 /€20 for a return on all orders
