BEWARE - Absolutely Disgusted

I purchased a beautiful jacket for my wife at the end of November as a Christmas gift. Christmas morning comes, my wife loves the jacket but finds it’s a little too big. I go to initiate an exchange but find out I’m not eligible. In less than a month, I’ve already exceeded the return/exchange period. What company this day and age does not offer holiday return/exchange programs????? Why would anyone purchase a jacket from this company as a gift. It’s completely unheard of. I love the idea of purchasing a well made coat from a Canadian company, sadly I’m completely disgusted with the way they’ve reacted after my purchase. Now I’m left with a brand new, unworn coat that does not fit my wife. I’ll have to try and sell it at a loss, but I will never purchase another item from this company.
