Pour un produit québécois, c'est assez insultant de recevoir un message en anglais seulement tout comme la facture du 19 janvier dernier. Savez-vous que le français est la langue officielle du Québec? C'est la première et la dernière fois que j'achète un produit Quartz. D'ailleurs, je n'aime plus beaucoup le manteau puisque j'ai froid au dos. J'ai voulu le changer mais on m'a dit qu'il était trop tard puisque je l'avais porté. Par chance, qu'il était en réduction mais, je regrette quand même mon achat.

Très chaud, très belle finition et de grande qualité. Spacieux et élégant. Mon seul bémol est que le capuchon n’est pas aussi chaud et cozy que ceux de d’autres marques québécoise. J’inviterais l’équipe de designer à penser à ce petit plus au confort et qui fait toute la différence. Presque un 10/10 !
