Le manteau est beau, confortable et très chaud. Toutefois, la qualité du tissu laisse à désirer. J’ai porté ce manteau quelques mois pour aller travailler, à pied avec un sac à dos. Une marque d’usure bien évidente est apparue au bas du dos. Le service client répond: « Il est tout à fait probable que ce problème soit du à l'usure prématurée du frottement de votre sac à dos. De ce fait, nous ne pouvons pas garantir de pouvoir fixé ce problème dans le cadre de notre garantie ». Ce n’est pas la qualité, ni le niveau de service après vente auquel on s’attend lorsqu’on achète un produit de grande qualité. J’ai porté le même sac à dos avec un manteau beaucoup moins dispendieux pendant des années, sans qu’aucune marque d’usure n’apparaisse. Soyez bien avertis!
