Never received the jacket because blocked in the EU customs

I never received the jacket that I ordered 14 days ago, with promised delivery within 5 business days. DHL company claims that they do not have the required documents to clear the customs in EU, neither I have received any documents for the customs. The jacket is still blocked at the customs, and I’m leaving today on the trip for which I needed the winter jacket. In my opinion, the seller is not prepared for offering the products online in the EU. Under these circumstances I request the full refund of the purchase price made.

Quality clothing and service

Not being American I overlooked the imminence of Black Friday so was ......when I got an email the day after I received my coat to say it was 20 percent less. However at that point I knew I loved my new jacket so got in touch with customer service at Quartz who gave me the discount without any fuss at all. So impressed with service and coat.
